Self-Pickup & Return Instructions
Roamer Rides self-pickup and return makes it easy and convenient for you to ride on your schedule. Simply follow these quick steps to learn how!
Self-Pickup
Self-Pickup Time
For your convenience, your moped will be available for self-pickup starting at 9am on the day you selected at booking and will remain available throughout the duration of your rental.

Self-Pickup Instructions
1. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a massage by email and/or text that :

Identifies your moped(s) by license plate number, and
-
Provides your 4-digit lockbox combination.
2. Upon arrival, locate your moped in the pickup location and retrieve your keys located inside the lockbox attached to your moped.
3. Using the small GOLD KEY on your key chain, open the helmet storage container and select a helmet that comfortably fits. Please only select one helmet, and be sure to lock the helmet storage container when you are done.
4. Inspect your moped before you ride, being sure to take photos and/or videos. Include any scratches, dents, or dings so that we know that it is returned in its original condition.
Note: If you notice any major mechanical issues that may pose a danger to you while riding, please notify Roamer Rides immediately and do not ride the moped.

For 1-day rentals, please return your moped by 9am the following day (24-hours from your scheduled self-pickup start time)

For 2-day rentals, please return your moped by 9am, 2-days after your rental start date (48-hours from your scheduled self-pickup start time).

Please return your moped to the same location you picked it up:

Return Instructions
1. When you have arrived at the Return location, please park your moped in the same location where you found it.
2. Return your helmet to the helmet storage container.
3. Appropriately lock the moped as described in the Riding Instructions (see section on How to Park), being sure to remove all personal items.
5. Place your key back in the lockbox, close the door, and scramble the numbers.
